Pink Fashion Show

Hello my fellow readers,
Last Tuesday I had the chance to attend to the Pink Fashion Show at the beautiful Manoel Theatre. The event organised by Times of Malta had a Baroque vibe with live classical Baroque music.

The night kicked off by some refreshing drinks and was then followed by seven different shows. The first one was United Colours of  Benetton:
Trends: Red, black, white, pink and florals

 Next up was Mangano:
Trends: Red, black, mustard, blue and sparkles

 Mexx:
Trends: Black, red, orange, white, and sparkles

Lulu Boutique:
Trends: White, silver, red, black, silver, velvet and sparkles

 M & CO:
Trends: Black, blue, green, purple, sparkles, lace and floral

 River Island:
Trends: Black, gold, pink, florals, lace

And the final show was Rebelli:
Trends: Blue, red, brown, sparkles and stripes

The overall trends where the colours: black, white, red and blue while there where some florals and a lot and a lot of sparkles lace and fur.

Pumpkin Festival At Manikata

Hello my fellow readers,
Yesterday (30-10-16), at Manikata there was the pumpkin festival. I personally don't like pumpkin but I for sure like the atmosphere of this festival. There where all types of things made with pumpkins. Some of these were:

 Pumpkin Cake
Sweet Pumpkin Pie
 Pumpkin Muffins
Pumpkin soup - served in Maltese bread

Pumpkin Cakes
 Pumpkin Pasta
 Pumpkin Rice
Pumpkin Maltese Cheesecakes

And then there were other Traditional Maltese food without pumpkins included such as:
Snails

Apart from these there were multiple Maltese and locally made things such as:
Sun Dried Tomatoes, Olive Oil, Olives, Pickled Onions, Strawberry Jam and Capers.
 Pumpkin Jam
 Wine
 Peppers
 Carob Syrup
 Honey
 Bees Wax Creams
 Fruit, Alcohol and Wine
 More
and More Honey
Handmade Key chains
Mincemeat
Herbs
For kids...

And a Beautiful display on Maltese karettuni.

Let me know if you liked this different post and if you want to see more of these :)
